NOW HIRING: PART-TIME RETAIL SHOPKEEPER

Wldwst is currently seeking a part-time sales associate to join us at our lifestyle and design boutique in downtown Leesburg, VA.

Wldwst prides ourselves on curating an intentional mix of products from small makers and artists and introducing them to our community and clients through our retail shop and website. The ideal shop associate is energetic and outgoing, enthusiastic about interiors, and eager to share our products and services with shoppers. Our shop is not simply a store - but an experiential design environment that is warm, welcoming, and focused on community building.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• greet and genuinely engage with every customer

• prioritize the customer experience over all other tasks

• maintain knowledge of all the brands and products we carry

• complete sales transactions in efficient and accurate manner

• tidy-up and re-stock products as needed throughout the day

• understanding and excitement about the wldwst concept and eagerness to educate the community about our brand

Additional Responsibilities:

• maintain inventory by entering/editing products in the Shopify system

• monitor supply levels and order store supplies as needed

• handle some administrative duties for the interior design team as needed (product returns, placing orders, quality control checks, organizing client purchases)

Position Details:

• part-time, weekend position - MUST be available Saturdays

• must be comfortable working independently

• retail sales experience is highly desired, but any level of customer service oriented experience will be considered

• our flagship shop is located in the downtown historic district in Leesburg, VA
